Musculoskeletal Conditions
Helping people improve mobility, strength, and confidence through personalised musculoskeletal treatment and education.
Musculoskeletal Conditions
Musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions affect the muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons, and bones. These conditions may occur due to injury, overuse, age-related changes, or underlying health conditions.
For individuals with neurological conditions, musculoskeletal problems can also develop due to changes in posture, reduced mobility, muscle weakness, or altered movement patterns.
Common symptoms may include:
- Joint pain or stiffness.
- Reduced flexibility or movement.
- Muscle weakness.
- Postural problems.
- Reduced balance or stability.
- Pain during walking or everyday activities.
These difficulties can affect confidence, mobility, and independence.
Our aim is to reduce pain, improve movement, and support long-term physical function.
