Bio

Mohammad graduated from the University of Bradford with a degree in Physiotherapy and has developed a broad range of clinical experience working across acute hospital services, community rehabilitation and private practice. Alongside his clinical work, he currently works within the NHS as a First Contact Practitioner (FCP), providing expert assessment and management of musculoskeletal conditions in primary care. This advanced role reflects his ability to assess, diagnose and manage complex presentations, ensuring patients receive the right treatment and advice at the earliest opportunity.

His diverse clinical background has enabled him to develop expertise in both neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, supporting individuals with a wide range of conditions to improve their mobility, independence and overall quality of life. Mohammad is passionate about delivering person-centred care and believes that successful rehabilitation begins with understanding each individual’s goals, lifestyle and what matters most to them.

Throughout his career, Mohammad has worked with people at different stages of their rehabilitation journey, from those recovering from acute illness or surgery to individuals managing long-term neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. He enjoys working collaboratively with patients, their families and multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored rehabilitation programmes that empower people to achieve meaningful and lasting improvements.

Mohammad has a particular interest in neurological rehabilitation and has extensive experience supporting people following stroke, as well as those living with Multiple Sclerosis and age-related frailty. He understands the complex physical, cognitive and functional challenges associated with neurological conditions and is committed to helping individuals maximise their independence, confidence and participation in everyday life. His rehabilitation programmes are individually tailored, combining evidence-based therapy with functional, goal-orientated practice to help people achieve outcomes that are meaningful to them.

Alongside his neurological expertise, Mohammad has broad experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, treating a variety of upper and lower limb conditions, as well as supporting patients through post-operative rehabilitation. His experience as a First Contact Practitioner further enhances his musculoskeletal expertise, enabling him to confidently assess complex spinal and peripheral joint conditions and develop effective, evidence-based treatment plans.

Committed to continuous professional development, Mohammad has undertaken a range of postgraduate training courses to further enhance his clinical skills. These include introductory Bobath training for neurological rehabilitation, kinesiology taping, acupuncture and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM). By combining these techniques with evidence-based rehabilitation and exercise therapy, he is able to deliver comprehensive treatment programmes tailored to each individual’s needs.

Mohammad is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). He is committed to maintaining the highest professional standards and continually developing his knowledge to ensure his patients receive the most effective, up-to-date care.

Known for his approachable manner, calm communication style and supportive attitude, Mohammad is passionate about helping people regain confidence in their movement and achieve their rehabilitation goals. Whether supporting someone recovering from surgery, adapting to life after a neurological condition or managing a long-term musculoskeletal problem, he is dedicated to helping each individual achieve the best possible outcome and return to living a full and active life.
